Quito, May 13 (Andes) .- defense ministers of member countries of UNASUR signed the Declaration of Lima, where he proposed to find a methodology for measuring defense spending.
This was the third meeting of the South American Defense Council (CSD) which was held in Lima, where they discussed topics such as strategies to protect their environment environment, how to respond to natural disasters and advance the arms control measures.
