With the fall of autocratic regimes in Tunisia and Egypt also fell through much of the official control of the local press, but journalists and even bloggers should be careful what they publish.


"The boundaries are very fuzzy at this time," said Rasha Abdulla, chairman of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications at the American University in Cairo. "We are in a transition period ... There is no legislation that guarantees freedom of expression," he said.
