US-Colombia agreement says "open skies" with the U.S. is "threshold" of TLC

Chancellor María Ángela Holguín said the agreement "open skies" signed Tuesday with the United States in Bogota is an "important step" for the relationship bilateral and is the "threshold" for the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the two countries.
